Polo fans will not want to miss Luxembourg’s fifth international polo tournament played over three days at the Polo Club Luxembourg grounds in Merl.

Last year, 80 horses in six teams competed in the tournament, including three childrens’ teams.

The programme

The tournament opens to the public at 2:30pm on the Friday with matches from 3pm to 7pm ending in a garden party.

On Saturday, matches will be played between 1pm and 7pm and the day will end with a white polo party on the fields. On Sunday, matches will be played from 11:30am to 3:30pm with prizegiving at 4pm.

Other activities including hot air balloon rides, a Concours d’Elegance and fashion show, will be run throughout the weekend.
