It was a cool and overcast morning in Brookshire, Texas, on Isla Carroll’s Joe Barry Field where the USPA Delegate’s Cup Final was set between Pegasus/Propaganda and BTA 2. Pegasus/Propaganda jumped out to an early lead with steady defensive play from Mason Wroe*, and beautiful runs to goal by Nick Cifuni as they held BTA 2 scoreless for the initial two chukkers while racking up four goals for their team.

As the sun came out and the temperatures started to rise, so did BTA, earning two goals from an excellent team play between Jimmy Seward and KC Krueger. The fourth and fifth chukkers consisted of even, fast play with BTA 2 winning the sixth chukker, but the early lead from Pegasus/Propaganda proved to be enough as they came home with the title for the USPA Delegate’s Cup. Mason Wroe was named Most Valuable Player for his efforts in the back, and Nick Cifuni’s mare 45 was named Best Playing Pony.
