Open de France: wins for Sainte Mesme and Land Rover on Sunday

The Open de France, the main tournament played at Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, resumed on Sunday with a double matchday. The tournament sees a total of 5 teams up to 16 goals in participation. Among them is André Fabre’s In The Wings, who will look for the French Triple Crown title after winning Deauville’s Coupe d’Argent and Coupe d’Or. The final is scheduled for Sunday, September 16th.

 

SAINTE MESME 10-8 KAZAK

Score Sainte Mesme: 2-1, 5-2, 7-6, 9-6, 10-8.

Second win in the competition for Sainte Mesme who gets stronger. Kazak, on the other side, couldn’t keep the winning streak.

 

LAND ROVER 6-5 BARRALINA

Score Land Rover: 3-1, 4-1, 5-3, 5-3, 6-5.

A match with very few goals and really even until the very last seconds. It was supposed to go to extra chukker until Alex Sztarkman scored the winning goal for Land Rover, 6-5.
