Brunei claims Silver Cup in Sotogrande

The 48° Torneo Internacional de Polo – composed of the Bronze Cup, Silver Cup and Gold Cup – continues at Santa María Polo Club, in Sotogrande, Spain.

Saturday saw Brunei Polo Team claiming the High-Goal Silver Cup after beating MB Polo 10 goals to 9 thanks to a last minute goal scored by Juan Martín Nero.

FINAL HIGH-GOAL: BRUNEI 10-9 MB POLO

BRUNEI: Bahar Jefri 1, Camilo Castagnola 5, Santi Stirling 3, Juan Martín Nero 10. Total: 19.

MB POLO: Prince Mateen 0, Tomás Panelo 4, Polito Pieres 10, Tommy Beresford 6. Total: 20.

Score Brunei: 4-0, 5-2, 7-4, 7-7, 9-8, 10-9.

The final of the Medium Goal Silver Cup (14 goals) took place on Friday.
