Launched in April 2006 by the biggest conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates, Emaar Group, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club has become the institution of Polo and heart of equestrian activity in the Middle East and abroad. The club hosts local and international Polo events on two international size polo fields; whilst the riding, show jumping and dressage arenas have sandblasted surfaces considered to be the best in the region. There are 336 stables and an international standard exercise track.
Celebrating the region’s sporting heritage with a special emphasis on polo and equestrian events, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club is also renowned for its F&B offering such as the all new Sella Restaurant and Dubai Polo Bar and often serves as a platform for prestigious events.
Extending over 250,000 square metres of desert landscape, the club features two international-sized polo fields, a practice field, paddocks and two riding and show jumping arenas. The all-weather surfaces of its riding, show jumping and dressage arenas are regarded amongst the best in the region.
The club also boasts a riding academy where students are exposed to a wide range of riding disciplines, while its more leisurely activities include desert hacking and horse riding excursions.The clubhouse, located close to Arabian Ranches and built in the style of a Spanish ‘hacienda’, presents guests with a choice of dining, leisure, spa and entertainment options.
