Polo is one of the oldest recorded team sports in history – believed to have originated in China and Persia around 2,500 years ago.
While often referred to as ‘the sport of kings’, the sport actually has a far wider public appeal and is played in countries across the globe by both male and female athletes.
Polo
This summer, Hospitality Action is delighted to bring you a great way to start the season in style.
You’ll enjoy a truly spectacular day of polo and a three-course meal at one of the oldest polo clubs in England; Cheshire Polo Club in Tarporley.
Your day will begin by watching a fast-paced and energetic game of polo – with G&Ts, bubbly and canapés on the stunning lawns of the Cheshire Polo Club.
You’ll then be treated to a delicious three-course meal prepared by three award-winning chefs.
The fun continues after the meal as you’ll watch more fantastically exhilarating polo in a special exhibition match, followed by an afternoon cream tea to round off the day.
Each ticket includes: day membership, car pass, polo match and demonstration, drinks and canapé reception, three-course lunch including half a bottle of wine per person, and an afternoon cream tea.
