The Open du Soleil, one of the most important tournaments of the season at Saint Tropez Polo Club, resumed on Friday with the semifinals of the 18-Goal category. Nine teams, split into 10 and 18 goal categories, are in competition.
This is the fifth consecutive year that the club located on the French Riviera hosts 18-goal tournaments. Furthermore, August is a key month for the club, as the town is buzzing with of tourists and key figures of the European jet-set.
First up, Los Nocheros beat La Magdeleine and became the first finalist, and afterwards Hadoro VAS did the same against New Bridge. Thus, Nicolás Pieres and Agustín García Grossi will face again in an 18-goal in Saint Tropez like they did a couple of weeks ago at the Cote d’Azur Cup.
On the other hand, Battistoni and Dark Ice will decide the 10-Goal category.
