2025 Coronation Cup Teams

England vs Brazil on Saturday 26 July
The Coronation Cup will return to Guards Polo Club on Saturday 26 July with England vs Brazil.

The England team will include Louis Hine, recent winner of the 2025 U.S. Open in Wellington, back-to-back winner of The British Open Polo Championship for the Cowdray Gold Cup in 2021 and 2022 as well as winning The Coronation Cup in 2022 against Uruguay; Ollie Cudmore on his fifth Coronation Cup appearance; Max Charlton who has won The Coronation Cup three times and Tommy Beresford who is England’s highest handicapped player at 7 goals and has two previous Coronation Cup titles. Brazil will be fielding Marcelo Camargo a player with international experience in South America and Europe; Joao Paulo ‘JP’ Ganon who played in The Coronation Cup in both 2001 and 2011 as well as recently competing at Chantilly in an international match versus France; top Brazilian professional Pedrinho Zacharias making his Coronation Cup debut; one of Brazil’s highest handicapped players Rodrigo Andrade who has competed for The Coronation Cup twice but is looking to add his name to the title for the first time.

Brazil (25): Marcelo Camargo (2), Joao Paulo ‘JP’ Ganon (7), Pedrinho Zacharias (8) & Rodrigo Andrade (8)
