The opening tournament is the CV Whitney Cup, where defending champions Valiente beat DRF with a convincing 13-10. The highlight was the debut playing together for the first ever time in the high goal of Adolfo Cambiaso and Facundo Pieres.

Also at the International Polo Club the Iglehart Cup, the fourth tournament of the IPC 20-goal season, kicked off on Wednesday with one match. Coca-Cola made their debut with a win against Prestige Worldwide.
