Sainte Mesme beat La Concepcion by a narrow 8 goals to 7 to capture the Tournoi d’Automne at Polo de Paris.
La Concepcion, led by Nicolás Ruiz Guiñazu, had a stronger start and were leading 5-3 in the first minutes of the third chukker. However, Sainte Mesme made an impressive comeback and scored enough goals to go 7-5 up by the end of the third. Robert Strom’s performance contributed to his team’s win.
Red Falcon and One Point ended the competition in third and fourth place, respectively.
The next tournament at Polo de Paris will be the 8-goal Championnat de France. The final is due on October 4.
