Gladiator Polo: New York and Palm Beach, first winners

A new edition of Gladiator Polo kicked off at the International Polo Club in Palm Beach last Friday. The tournament sees a total of 4 teams of professional polo players. This is a unique arena polo event, full of attractive prizes and a fantastic venue. The lineups were set up during the draw, as it happens in the NBA: there was a draft and the team owners were choosing from the rosters.

 

Friday results:

NEW YORK 15-14 LOS ANGELES

New York: Pelon Escapite, Mike Azzaro, Jesse Bray.

Los Angeles: Gringo Colombres, Santi Toccalino, Tomas Garbarini. Alternate: Santi Wulff.

MVP: Jesse Bray.

 

PALM BEACH 12-8 DUBLIN

Palm Beach: Tommy Biddle, Toro Ruiz, Geronimo Obregon. Alternate: Brandon Phillips.

Dublin: Mariano Obregon, Ezequiel Martinez Ferrario, Tito Ruiz Guiñazú. Alternate: Facundo Obregon.

MVP: Toro Ruiz.

 

Gladiator Polo will resume on Friday, March 29th:

8pm: Palm Beach vs. Los Angeles

 

The finals are due on Saturday April 13th.
