As usual, the high goal season at the United States will be kicking off with the Herbie Pennell Cup, which will be taking place on December 29th at International Polo Club Palm Beach’s field 1 with two teams in participation. The main new for this year will be the change in the handicap limits, since will now be 18 goals instead of latest years’ 20 goals.
