UAE Polo had taken the lead on this match from start to finish as the first chukker had seen Sheikha Maitha, the team’s patron, and Benjamin Panelo, score initial goals for the team. The following chukker earned the team a two goal advantage delivered by Panelo. Not missing a beat, AM Polo’s patron, Sheikha Alya Al Maktoum, and Guillermo Cuitino, successfully closed in on its opponent and by the third chukker with 4 goals to 5 only to be outscored by UAE Polo team on the last chukker. The game closed with a final score of 7 goals to 5 in favour of the UAE Polo team.
