Emlor Red, Ainsley Saddlery, Four Quarters and Bardon qualified for the semifinals of the Royal Windsor Cup, the medium goal tournament hosted by uards Polo Club. The tournament is the club’s oldest competition, being established in 1955, the same year Guards was founded.
This year’s Royal Windsor sees twenty one teams, up to 15 goals, compete. Teams are split into five leagues.
These are the results of the quarter finals, played on Wednesday July 7:
Four Quarters 7-5 Sujan Indian Tigers
Emlor Red 7-6 White Crane
Bardon 12-8.5 Ferne Park
Ainsley Saddlery 8-3 Black Bears
The semifinals of the and the Subsidiary Mountbatten Cup will take place on Friday July 9, with the following order of play:
- Semifinals Royal Windsor Cup:
12am: Emlor Red vs. Ainsley Saddlery
12am: Four Quarters vs. Bardon
- Semifinals Subsidiaria Mountbatten Cup:
11am: Twelve Oaks vs. Emlor Black
2pm: Green Gates vs. Snake Bite
