It is indeed an extraordinary 2022 season in England for Semper Anticus. Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi lineup, that included no less than 10-goaler Nina Clarkin, have claimed another tournament at Cirencester Park Polo Club, the Cirencester Ladies 16-goal, after a 5-4.5 win over Maíz Dulce, in the championship match that took place on Saturday July 30, in the club set in Gloucestershire.
Meanwhile, the Subsidiary Trophy went to The Lemonade Club/Twyford Polo after an impressive 9-4 win over Coombe Place.
The ladies tournament saw six teams up to 17 goals, in participation, split in two leagues.
