Clinique La Prairie and Azerbaijan Land of Fire claimed their respective tickets to the final of the unique 37th Snow Polo World Cup Saint Moritz, Sorrounded by the breathtaking landscape in the Swiss Alps, this unique event is played on the frozen lake in St. Moritz. And for the first time ever, the snow polo tournament sees six teams up to 16 goals battling for the coveted title, in lineups that include some of the most renowned stars of the sport, both local and international.
After being cancelled due to the pandemic in 2021, and following several months of hard work, St. Mortiz is back and better than ever. A total of 120 horses came from all over Europe to be ridden thoroghout the tournament, and set in the magnificient barns that have heat and first class facilities.
The most relevant aspect of the second matchdate were the semifinals – Clinique La Prairie and Azerbaijan Land of Fire are through the championship match, after earning wins against Casablanca and Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, respectively. Meanwhile World Polo League defeated Perrier Jouet and qualified to play for the third place.
