The final tournament of the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club (SBPRC) (Carpinteria, California) 12-goal series continued Sunday, June 5. Eight total matches of thrilling polo took place over the weekend and all teams will play two more matches to determine the semifinalists for the 2022 Cheval Athletics Pacific Coast Intra-Circuit Cup.

The first match of the day paired FMB Too!/Folded Hills and Farmers & Merchants Bank. A clash of the family teams, FMB Too!/Folded Hills narrowly came out on top by one goal, 11-10. The second contest featuring Los Padres and Dundas also came down to the wire, with Los Padres inching by Dundas 13-12.

Kicking off the afternoon matchups, Klentner Ranch and Dundas II faced off in a heated battle, with Dundas II emerging victorious 14-13. The highlighted game of the day on the SBPRC main field pitted Mokarow Farms against a dominant Antelope team, where a strong start secured the victory for Antelope 14-7.

Following the conclusion of weekend play, three undefeated teams remained including Dundas II, Los Padres and FMB Too!/Folded Hills. Antelope and Klentner Ranch were left with a 1-1 record, while the remaining teams sitting at 0-2 (FMB, Mokarow Farms, Dundas) will need to win their remaining games to have a chance to qualify for the semifinals.
