Manipur Horse Riding & Polo Association (MHRPA), Manipur Equestrian Association and Manipuri Pony Society jointly convened a special meet on Sunday to condole the demise of MHRPA life member Surangini Soram, who breathed her last on April 11.The special meet held at Manipuri Pony Breeding Farm, Lamphelpat was chaired by MHRPA president H Deleep Singh.
The special meet recalled the contributions of Surangini in growth and development of polo association, revival of polo game in Manipur and formation of women’s polo team.
The special meet also conveyed heartfelt condolence of the associations to the bereaved family.
