Piaget Polo Open Zürich 2015

The Piaget Polo Open Zürich, taking place at the Polo Park Zürich from 3rd to 5th July, is one of the highlights of the Swiss polo tournament calendar. Four teams with up to 8 goals will compete against each other in promising matches.

England longlist announced for The Royal Salute Coronation Cup

Hurlingham Polo Association announces big names set to play The England longlist has been released for the 2015 Royal Salute Coronation Cup. The team will face South America, the strongest polo region in the world, on Saturday 25 July at Guards Polo Club in Windsor Great Park.

Clarita victorious in Bentley Royal Windsor Cup

Chris Mathias has won The Bentley Royal Windsor Cup for the second time with his team Clarita. Following on from victory in 2012, Clarita stormed home to win 16-7 against Bridge House of Twyford on 21 Juneat Guards Polo Club.

APES HILL WIN WARWICKSHIRE

Apes Hill took an early lead (3-2 after the first two chukkers of play) and held on to score an 8-6 win over a determined HB Polo team in the final of the Bledisloe Warwickshire Cup Sunday afternoon at the Cirencester Park Polo Club.

Serious talent at SUPA

Cheltenham take the Open National Senior Schools title On Sunday 21 June at Kirtlington Park Polo Club, nine schools were represented at SUPA National Senior School Championships. Cheltenham College (Tom Severn, Araminta Lawson-Smith, Alicia Williams and Ollie Severn) took the Open title with Stowe School as runners-up and Radley College in third place.

AFTER THE QUEENS CUP

The latest edition of The Queen’s Cup took place at Guards Polo Club, with King Power Foxes claiming the title. The win gave Facundo Pieres his third consecutive Queen’s Cup title, even though he played with a different team this year (he won the last two editions with Zacara).
