The 2014 defending Tortugas Open champion La Dolfina (Adolfo Cambiaso, Pelon Stirling, Pablo MacDonough and Juan Martin Nero) scored four unanswered goals in the opening chukker of their first Tortugas Open match Monday afternoon
La Aguada won the Metropolitan Tournament Medium Goal, Open category, after his 8-7 victory over La Mancha, in a match that was played on the court 2 of Palermo. On Wednesday, also in Palermo, the teams of La Virgencita and El Paso Polo Ranch will play for the title, on the Handicap category.
Double Triple Crown title holders, La Dolfina, made an impressive debut at the Tortugas Open, with a heavy 20-6 win against Chapaleufu. Adolfo Cambiaso and Co. displayed their best form in their first match of the year, and dominated thoroghout the seven chukkers of play.
